Poems and Poets

It was hard at first

It was hard at first,

But soon succeeded,

And united we stood,

To what was needed,

The green flag is being hoisted,

We’re as proud as can be,

So let us rejoice and radiate this celebrity.

By

Ciara Curran

Poems and Poets

Our Green School

Cleaning and changing and creating,

And gardening and planting and thinking,

And working and displaying and playing,

And learning and viewing and seeing,

And linking and digging and helping,

And recycling and colouring and collecting,

And re using and displaying and pulling,

And co-operating and gathering and crushing.
